As Homecoming approaches, many students are asking the same question: What should I wear? To get a sense of this year’s trends, I interviewed several students about their Homecoming outfits.
Freshman Lilly Beaudry decided to borrow a black dress along with silver heels from Kayla Harvey. As of the time of publication, she wasn’t sure if she wanted to wand-curl or clamp-curl her hair.
Next, I interviewed Freshman Everlee Crum. She decided to purchase a black dress from Dillard’s and pair it with red heels. Everlee also decided to curl her hair to make everything fit together perfectly.
Junior Adrian Fennema selected a hand-me-down dress and cheetah print heels.
The last student I chose to interview was senior Lexi Nichols. She chose to wear a hand-me-down dress. Her dress is black with silver sparkles arranged at the bottom with black heels. She is very excited to dance in her fancy clothes.
The most popular style combination was curled hair and a black dress. Curling is a stylish way to style hair to make it wispy and add volume. The black dress blends classic elegance, versatility, and practicality. Black is a sophisticated look that is easy to accessorize because most colors go great with it, making the combination a universally stylish choice for Homecoming.
